Numbers and icons section

The initial challenge

Managing rapid growth and operational continuity in complex logistics environments, sourcing around 150 new people for each seasonal peak in areas with low population density and a high concentration of logistics operators.

Strategy

An integrated model that combines territorial analysis, collaboration with local institutions, multichannel communication campaigns, dedicated Recruiting Days, and pre-employment training programmes designed around the client’s actual operational needs.

Results

Broad and qualified participation in the events, with over 400 people interviewed and more than 100 resources hired in a short time through temporary contracts and direct placements, resulting in a significant reduction in time-to-hire and greater long-term sustainability of the selection processes.
