Our
history

1984
The beginning: Mario Rosolen founded Cooperativa Brembana Trasporti in Serina, a small town in the Brembana Valley (Bergamo).
1998
Temporary work agencies were introduced in Italy. The Rosolen family took part in the investment group that led to the creation of Obiettivo Lavoro.
2004
Temporary work agencies were officially recognised by law as employment agencies. In the same year, AxL – Agenzia per il Lavoro was established.
2007
With the opening of the Thiene office, AxL reached five locations: Bonate Sotto (Bergamo), Rome, Senigallia (Ancona) and Milan.
2013
AxL doubled its number of offices. Between 2010 and 2013, new openings included Sacile (Pordenone), Florence, Gallarate (Varese), Palazzolo sull'Oglio (Brescia) and Turin.
2017
Between 2013 and 2017, five additional offices were opened: Grumello del Monte (Bergamo), Galliate (Novara), Kilometro Rosso (Bergamo), Darfo Boario Terme (Brescia) and Verona. New specialised divisions were also established: Active Labour Policies, Executive Search and MiHRo - Fashion retail.
2021
AxL reached 22 offices. Between 2017 and 2021, new openings included Carate Brianza (Monza and Brianza), Genoa, Treviso, Reggio Emilia, Cesena and Treviglio (Bergamo). New specialist divisions were introduced: Job Diversity, Technology, Leather, Close to You - family care services, Large Clients and Hospitality.
2023
AxL expanded to 30 offices. Between 2022 and 2023, new locations opened in Brescia, Clusone (Bergamo), Modena, Perugia, Padua, Bari, Lecco and Naples.
2024
AxL – Agenzia per il Lavoro became part of the international group Groupe Adéquat.
2026
Three new branches were opened: Lucca, Orzinuovi (Brescia) and Piacenza.
